What are the lead times to a local job? Generally 2 – 4 weeks. If you require faster than 2 weeks please call us to get the ball rolling and see what is possible.
Why can’t I just get accurate pricing off the website? The best and most appropriate decorating technique is dependant on many variables – material, logo, number of colours, time , number of units and budget, end use to name a few.
When do you invoice for products received? We send an invoice with the delivery.
What are the quality control processes at Brand? We have developed our own Quality Assurance protocols for both local and overseas jobs that take into consideration the productions and decorating techniques and also any Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.
If I can’t find something I want on this website, where do I go to for help? Please call our contact number or an account manager directly and we can source thousands more products for you. Think of us as your corporate personal shopper.
Is there an order minimum? The minimum order is 1, keeping in mind that there are minimum costs that must be met with decorators so economies of scale are enjoyed as your quantities get higher.
What is the warranty on products? We stand by the quality of the products we deliver and if you are in anyway not happy with something we have delivered please call us and we will happily come over to work out how to best resolve the issue for your project.
